Lead Maximo Application Suite (MAS) installation on public cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise including but not limited to RHOS installation, clustering and maintenance to meet project requirements.
Estimate the Maximo/MAS configuration and customization effort and plan delivery schedule with Solution Architect & Project Manager.
In charge of the development / review of Maximo/MAS related documents including plan, requirements, design, test documents.
Lead Maximo/MAS configuration and customization to meet the project requirements.
Review software code and ensure quality including but not limited to established coding practices and secure coding practices.
In charge of unit test with the software engineers to ensure quality delivery.
Mentor the software engineers in Maximo/MAS configuration and customization.
Conduct Technical Trainings for internal team members and customers.
Participate in the user requirements gathering with the Business Analysts to gather specific software requirements.
Participate in the interface requirements gathering with the Interface Manager / Interface Engineer to gather specific software requirements.
Production support activities including but limited to L2/L3 support, bug fixing, engineering hours standby, etc.
Available to go to customer site to support site testing activities.
Role Requirements
Certification in Project Management
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of software development experience (Java/Python/Java Scripts) and have gone through at least 2 cycles of SLDC
At least 5 years of Maximo project implementation experience in a technical role.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with Team Lead role.
Maximo/MAS Certification.
Demonstrate excellence in documentation skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English Language.
Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude.
MAS installation will be added advantage.
MAS project implementation experience will be added advantage.
Public cloud (AWS/Azure) knowledge will be added advantage.
