We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead a key internal transformation program focused on the unification and standardization of enterprise systems and customer platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ERP or other business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across legal, finance, sales, and IT to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Be hands-on where needed while maintaining a strategic view of the project.
- Communicate effectively in English, tailoring messages to various audiences in a global setting.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience as a Project Manager in ERP/CRM or business application implementations. PMP certification preferred.
- Domain knowledge in Finance/Sales/Services/Marketing processes and solid experience in enterprise back-office systems.
- Ability to adapt between hands-on involvement and strategic oversight, depending on the situation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a track record of working in global environments.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions, including legal, finance, sales, and IT.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
