Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the conversion projects on schedule and within budget.
- Lead and oversee conversion projects from initiation to completion - - contract signing, plan approval, hiring site team and vessel's construction, commissioning, Yard audits and delivery supervision, Liaison with all stake holders.
- Oversees multiple projects and managing resources to ensure projects are progressing on time efficiently and effectively and within budget.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and processes.
- Support in financial coordination such as project costing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Review and approve design drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 7 years of project management experience handling LNG to FSU/FSRU Conversion Projects in Maritime Sector. Prior experience in contracts, costing and purchasing will be an added advantage.
- Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
