Hiring: Project Manager (Contact Center) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia
Employment Type: 12-Month Extendable Contract
Nationality Requirement: Malaysian Citizens Only
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Contact Center Transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Requirements:
8–12+ years of Project Management experience
Minimum 5 years delivering Contact Center Transformation Programs
PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / CAPM Certification
Strong experience managing Steering Committees and Executive Governance
Banking or Financial Services industry background is mandatory
Proven expertise in:
• Cloud Migration Programs
• Cloud Contact Center Implementations
• Digital Customer Experience (CX) Transformation
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors
