We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee our construction and solar projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities not limited to
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee all activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and project variations where necessary.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management with some solar experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Possession of relevant certifications/licenses will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
