Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with site teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Manage project documentation, submissions, and approvals.
- Lead and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
