Job Title: Project Manager (Building Projects)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from construction phase through TOP and project completion
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Plan, monitor, and drive project schedules, key milestones, and recovery strategies
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve project matters
- Oversee subcontractors performance in terms of progress, quality, safety, and cost control
- Manage project budgets, variation orders, and contractual administration
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and achieve strong quality outcomes, including CONQUAS requirements
- Implement productivity improvements, lean construction practices, and buildability solutions
- Support tender submissions, construction methodologies, and pre-construction planning activities
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in project management
- Experience managing large-scale or institutional building projects in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of programme management, contract administration, and site operations
Preferred
- Strong leadership and project ownership mindset
- Ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of contractual matters
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
