PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and control project resources, budget, and timelines.
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and safety regulations.
