Managing day-to-day site coordination and planning implementation such as liaising with sub-contractors, planning of manpower allocation, materials or equipment scheduling.
Ensuring that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of the relevant authorities involved.
Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health Compliance at all times with safety personnel / team.
To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily.
To perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the company.
Requirement:
Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.
Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
Must be computer literacy so that software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) which can help in the work processes.
