- Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets.
- Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project + PMP Certification
