Project Manager ( Construction / General Building / Good Pay +Good Bonus

. Lead and manage projectsfrom planning, execution to final handover

. Oversee renovation,A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership

. Coordinate with clients,consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

. Manage project schedules,cost control, and variation orders

. Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority(BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines

. Conduct site meetings,monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively

. Maintain proper projectdocumentation and reporting

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree inBuilding, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

. Minimum 3 years ofrelevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial /residential (condo) projects
