Project Manager (Construction/Contraction)

• Position : Project Manager (Construction/Contraction)
• Location : Gambas Crescent (Sembawang) / Client Site
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Open to Discuss + AWS + Transport Allowances + Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Contractor/Renovation

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and eventually lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and reporting.
• Learn to interpret construction drawings and timber specifications.
• Help ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings and progressive reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in similar industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
