Project Manager (Construction / A&A Works)

Summary:

• Senior Project Manager = Salary up to $8500

Job Scope:

Commercial Projects

• Lead the end-to-end execution of A&A projects for retail malls and B1 industrial spaces, implementing strategies to ensure minimal disruption to existing tenants and daily operations.

• Partner with internal Leasing, Operations, and Finance teams to define comprehensive project scopes, feasibility studies, and budget allocations.

• Navigate and manage all submissions to local authorities (including BCA, URA, SCDF, and NEA) to secure necessary permits and ensure strict adherence to prevailing building codes.

• Oversee the full procurement process, including contractor selection, tender evaluation, and robust contract administration.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce stringent quality benchmarks, and ensure all workplace safety standards are met.

• Provide senior management with detailed project status reports, financial cost analyses, and proactive risk assessments.

• Drive sustainability initiatives and integrate innovative building solutions into property enhancement projects.

Residential / Government Projects

• Establish accurate project estimates, budgets, and construction timetables while developing robust execution strategies to meet client objectives.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate with appointed subcontractors and site workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

• Act as the primary liaison, collaborating effectively with clients, architects, professional engineers, and other key project stakeholders.

• Strategically assign and manage equipment and manpower resources to ensure maximum operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain meticulous records of all site activities and enforce stringent workplace safety and quality standards in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or a related field recognized by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

• Experience within the Singapore construction industry. Specialized experience in Office Renovation, Interior Fit-outs, or A&A works is highly advantageous.
