Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations environment. The role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects including facility upgrades, automation systems, digital transformation initiatives, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation and close-out.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change control processes.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
