Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of renovation and construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, liaising with clients and stakeholders, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising contractors and teams, and overseeing the logistical aspects of project delivery to meet high-quality standards.

• Strong competencies in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, managing timelines and ensuring timely project completion.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of resources and materials.
• Knowledge of Inspection protocols and quality control measures for renovation and construction projects.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the renovation or design-and-build industry is an asset.
