Job Description

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support delivery of project from design through implementation and embedding by driving day-to-day project management across all Global Payment Solution channels and services impacted by the migration-ensuring robust planning, governance, approvals, execution discipline and evidence of successful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Client Service work packages, supporting the leadership team to meet milestones through cutover and stabilization, while managing plans, dependencies, RAID, decision logs, change control, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate working groups, track actions, and escalate risks and issues, providing clear options, trade-offs, and recommendations to ensure project progress.
  • Coordinate impact assessments across GPS channels and services, translating findings into executable plans, dependency maps, and risk-managed implementation strategies.
  • Identify gaps and constraints early, proposing practical solutions and mitigations to ensure service continuity and a positive client experience.
  • Manage client outreach activities in collaboration with frontliners, ensuring documentation updates, notices, and recontracting support align with legal and operational requirements, providing traceable, audit-ready evidence.
  • Coordinate testing, cutover planning, and hyper care activities, defining success metrics such as stability, incident trends, and operational throughput, and supporting timely remediation.
  • Support operational readiness by aligning support models, escalation paths, roles, and responsibilities, and ensuring a smooth handover to Business As Usual (BAU) operations.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of project management experience driving complex, cross-functional change within regulated financial services, ideally focused on payments, transaction banking, or connectivity systems.
  • Mastery of end-to-end governance disciplines, including integrated planning, critical path tracking, RAID management, decision frameworks, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Proven track record in client outreach and stakeholder engagement, successfully managing communication strategies for large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Sharp analytical capability to assess channel and service impacts, converting technical insights into actionable plans, dependency maps, and risk-mitigated delivery strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a background in producing concise senior leadership updates and maintaining audit-ready project documentation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, with demonstrated success collaborating across Business, Operations, Tech, and control teams-including vendor partners and multi-location setups-under Singapore/MAS regulatory frameworks.
