they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale construction projects focusing on a very exciting and emerging sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid technical background in managing specialized developments.

• lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• oversee all phases of the project, from planning to handover, meeting timelines and budgets.
• monitor costs, schedules, and risks, implementing corrective measures promptly.
• ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• manage stakeholder communication and resolve site or design issues effectively.

knowledge and skills

• degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• strong technical background in civil and structural works with full-cycle project delivery.
• proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera PMP certification is a plus.
• excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills able to handle complex site coordination.
