Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
Seek clarification well in advance for any ambiguities or missing information from Client's Consultant.
Lead project team so as to deliver the project on time and complete all the works within the project budget.
Arrange sufficient work areas for the next-coming subcontractors and prevent any stand-by or delay to them. Always avoid any claims from Client, subcontractors or third parties due to work delay.
Achieve a zero accident together with site safety team.
Keep all records for the additional works and forward these informations to headquater QS for VO follow-up.
Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
Maintain good manners and good relationship with Client as a company representative.
Maintain good communication with all staffs.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Master / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building Services or its equivalent.
Min 10 years experience in local construction industry.
Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace.
