PROJECT MANAGER

Work and responsibilities:

Project Manager for China Star Building Construction Pte Ltd.

You shall carry out your duties as per the following but not limited to:

. Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates and monitoring of quality.

. Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.

. Preparation of cost estimates, handle project schedules and technical matters.

. Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out.

. Conduct regular inspection to ensure that safety measures are in place at all times.

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

• At least 5 years wet trade works experience
