Job Description

Overview

The Business Transformation Office (BTO) is responsible for driving the company's transformation strategy and execution. This includes overseeing a diverse range of initiatives across the organization, such as process optimization, automation, technology enablement, and strategic business development.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Division to manage and execute company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Lifecycle Management

Support and manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations within the BTO.
  • Leading planning and strategy for projects from initiation to completion, with continuous progress tracking and adjustments.
  • Monitoring project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining project documentation such as requirement papers, project plans, and progress reports.
  • Recording and following up on key decisions and action items discussed during meetings.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success:

  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, discussions, and project committee sessions.
  • Following up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Consolidating project updates and progress reports for management review.
  • Coordinating with external parties to resolve project-related issues.
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback to refine project outcomes and support change management efforts.
  • Documenting current practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Driving alignment with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.

3. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist with ad-hoc project tasks and operational needs as required.

4. Additional Duties

  • Undertake other assignments or directives as instructed by senior leadership to support the organization's strategic goals.
