Project Manager

CG is looking out for construction experience individual in managing construction, A&A project, Fitting out and Renovation.

Key responsibility:-

• Project Planning
• Scheduling, weather forecast.
• Maintain close communication, update to client.
• Site supervision.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer, Consultant, RI, application to relevant authority including liaison.
• Be versed in technical draft drawings.
• Ensure all permit, license are present before work commence.
• Email, microsoft skills, soft skills, communication skill.
• Site material planning include requisition replenish.
• Manage site workers to work on target timeline from start to completion.
• Report work progress to site client, company M.D.

Job requirements

Education Level in either one of the disciplines

- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical / Air-conditioning / Building services / Engineering

Requirement

- Knowledge and experience in Construction, A&A / M&E works is required.

- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team spirit.

Experience level

- At least 3 to 5 years experience in M&E, building construction is a must.

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 1.30pm remote by phone call coordination.

Salary will be commensurate with experience
