Project Manager (Carpentry / Joinery / Furnitures)

Responsibilities:
. Plan, manage, and oversee projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
. Supervise and guide on-site teams to achieve production and delivery targets.
. Review drawings, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
. Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
. Attend meetings, site inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
. Monitor daily site activities, track progress, and prepare regular reports for management.
. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
. Manage project documentation, variation approvals, and billing processes.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
. 3 to 5 years of relevant project management in Interior Design works involving Carpentry, Joinery or Furnitures
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to work independently as well as in a team
. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks within tight timelines
