Project manager

Responsibilities:

. To attend meeting with the architect / consultant / main contractor with regards to site issues

. To lead the project team ensuring projects are executed according to schedule

. Identify, manage and resolve project issues

. Manage the sub-contractors and suppliers performance

. Ensure work orders are issued to production department / glazier for fabrication

. Ensure shop drawings, samples, project documents are submitted for approval according to project schedule

Requirements:

. Minimum Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent

. Class 3 driving license

. Good communication and writing skill in English and able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction related field in Singapore

. 5.5 days per week
