Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT transformation initiatives. This role requires significant stakeholder management skills and collaboration with Regional IT, cross-functional teams, local management, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and management of technology-related projects from initiation through execution to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and transparency
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate effective communication, timely execution, and alignment with project goals
  • Define project scope and objectives by gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear project direction
  • Engage and manage vendors by defining scopes, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring vendor activities support project timelines and objectives
  • Conduct gap analyses and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, prepare minutes and status reports to review progress, address issues, and maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer to support project and organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information and communications technology, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in IT project coordination, project management, or business analysis
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies to effectively plan and execute projects
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication to drive project success
  • Ability to collaborate as a team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, and people management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with MS Dynamics suite, computerized maintenance management systems, on-demand services applications, or robotic process automation
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles to enhance stakeholder engagement and service delivery
