The Opportunity
Our client is strengthening its payments infrastructure across cards, real‑time payments, merchant acquiring, and digital channels. You will play a key role in leading end‑to‑end delivery, shaping business requirements, and driving cross‑functional alignment across technology, product, operations, and compliance. This is a high‑visibility role offering the chance to influence payment transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery across payments platforms and related initiatives.
- Drive detailed business analysis: requirements gathering, user stories, and functional specs.
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagements across business and tech.
- Oversee project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Support solution design, UAT planning, test execution, and production readiness.
- Produce structured documentation including BRDs, project plans, process flows, and status reports.
- Partner with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Experience & Requirements
- 10+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
- Strong background in banking / payments / fintech—must have hands‑on exposure to payment systems (e.g., cards, FAST/RTGS, merchant acquiring, settlements, clearing).
- Proven track record delivering cross‑functional technology and business projects in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills across all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight timelines.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP are advantageous but not mandatory.
