Project Manager / Business Analyst, Operations & Middle Office (Foreign Bank) BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Support business critical banking projects while ensuring smooth BAU operations and operational continuity.
• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, risks, issues and action items across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics to support project governance.
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions and maintain issue logs with timely follow up.
• Partner with business, operations and project teams to improve processes and support change implementation.
• Support project documentation, stakeholder communications and business analysis activities where required.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of project management, business analyst or PMO experience within the banking industry.
• Experienced managing banking operations, middle office or business transformation projects.
