Job Summary

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project teams and oversee subcontractors to achieve project goals effectively
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all team members aligned with project scope and schedule
• Take full ownership and accountability for project performance, including budget and schedule management
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within defined scope
• Determine and allocate necessary resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials within budget limits
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing timely updates to all stakeholders
• Provide technical and application support to customers as needed to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and codes mandated by authorities and consultants
• Manage accounts receivable by ensuring customer payments are collected promptly according to agreed milestones

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience managing multiple projects

• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities and stakeholders
• Proven track record in construction industry project management
