Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project management skills such as time management and project scheduling
• Coordinating subcontractors & building management to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
• Ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with design & project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate alternative Project solutions.
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Candidate must processes at least Nitec/Diploma in design or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Able to identify specialist drawing/architectural/MEP details
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualise issues and effectively communicate with others.
