About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to resource allocation and stakeholder management.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements and budgets
- Coordinate and manage the work of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and site workers
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
- Provide regular progress updates and report on project performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
What we're looking for
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional project teams
