Our client is a respected Building contractor in Singapore, who often gets awarded projects off the back of their fine reputation for delivering on previous projects. They have a healthy pipeline of projects with tenders in place for more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee the entire project from planning & design stage through construction to delivery and to make sure that the project objectives are met within deadline and budget
- Need an independent team player who could be a trusted ambassador of the company
- Able to work with multi-racial local & foreign colleagues
- MUST have construction project experience in SINGAPORE
- Work closely with project team to resolve any problems or technical issues that may arise to ensure that the project is driven forward.
- Experience working on Building Projects from Residential (Condo/HDB/Landed Housing), Commercial (Office/Mixed-Use Developments), Retail (Shopping Mall), Industrial (Lab, Factory, Warehouse) or Hospital projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- MUST Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- MUST have 10 years of experience in construction including some project experience in Singapore.
- MUST have over 6 years experience in project management
- Experienced and able to do private/government residential construction work in Singapore.
- Able to troubleshoot
- Possess good leadership, planning and management skills
- Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and nationalities.
- Able to drive the site progress forward, calmness under pressure, and commercial awareness for the project.
