Oversee and keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations solution such as re-sequencing of work etc
Lead the construction team for all site activities
Plan ahead and lead /coordinate all subcontractors
Coordinate with Site Safety Team to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
Review and comment subcontractor's construction plans and programs
Present to Client and Consultants for weekly report, site progress and planning
Liaise with Clients, Consultants to resolve site issues
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
At least 15 years of relevant site experience for building projects with structural steel and precast, inclusive of projects with similar scale & complexity
Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
Candidate with experience in the construction/management of the following is preferred
50m lap pool of more than 1.2m depth
Local experience with deep excavation (6m or more)
Long span structural steel (30m or more)
Pedestrian Overhead Bridge
Projects along water courses, including waterways or water bodies
Sports and recreation facilities and/or institution projects
