Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project deliverables and ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
- Perform site management on the installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning and handing over of BMS / ELV Systems to clients
- Analysing and management of project risk, cost and budget and contractual issue
- Liaise with the clients, consultants, maincon / M&E team, sub-contractors and internal team and departments
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones track schedule progress in the field, and update the schedule regularly
- Organising, guiding and motivating of engineers
- Ensure all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle
- Ensuring compliance to project scope and technical specifications
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering / Building Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in M&E / BMS in Construction or Engineering Industry
- Understand System Design, Review Technical Specification including Quotation.
- Knowledge in BMS System, such As System Architect, Controller Programming, On-Site Testing And Commissioning
