Job Description
Drive product success by bringing the product to users
. Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.
. Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.
. Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
. Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre- release.
. Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
. Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.

Requirement
. Experience in building digital products.
. Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
. End to end experience working with product team to build products.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
. Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis
Professional are a plus.
