Ensure a smooth transition from bid to project execution by preparing, organizing, and validating the project launch.
Collaborate with Bid Managers and Capture Leaders to establish and update the project requirements baseline.
Define and maintain the project execution baseline including project structure, work packages, partners and supplier contracts, management plans, costs, budgets, and schedules.
Establish and maintain key project decision data such as contingencies, assumptions, strategy, and business case.
Initiate the project by identifying key stakeholders, setting up the project team, organizing structuring activities, and allocating project requirements.
Manage financial aspects related to acquisition strategy including supplier consultations, negotiations, contract signing, execution, and closure.
Lead project launch reviews involving all stakeholders and ensure proper documentation such as work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and project charters.
Execute, monitor, and control the project ensuring adherence to stakeholder commitments and managing risks and opportunities.
Control project requirements, costs, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver projects within constraints related to cost, schedule, and resources.
Manage project quality and ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Handle legal and contractual requirements including dispute management.
Conduct regular progress reviews and report project status to senior management.
Close projects by archiving documents, finalizing expenditure authorizations, and sharing lessons learned.
Manage projects according to internal processes and guidelines aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
Acquire and implement knowledge of business policies, tools, and practices.
Generate and maintain project dashboards and KPI scorecards for monitoring and reporting.
Support stakeholder management and assist in tracking key performance indicators.
Analyze KPIs to identify emerging risks and variances and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and negotiate with partners and subcontractors.
Foster customer relationships to meet or exceed expectations.
Work creatively and analytically to solve problems demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
Ensure adequate resource procurement to meet project goals within planned timeframes.
Implement governance standards and track project deliverables and team progress.
Assess processes to improve efficiency and establish best practices.
Manage project reporting, staffing, financials, service-level agreements, forecasting, and other key metrics.
Manage risks, changes, and impacts, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Deliver end-to-end project documentation and ensure successful handover to support or service teams.
Support activities related to customer satisfaction surveys and action plans.
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, project management, or a related field.
PMP Certification or equivalent (e.g., IPMA).
Proven leadership skills with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
At least 10 years of project management experience in a multinational or large enterprise environment with.
Excellent written communication skills.
Basic understanding of project finance.
