Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate end-to-end execution of projects, system enhancements, and initiatives for equity and wealth-related businesses in an Agile environment across regional platforms.
- Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, documentation, and diagrams to track progress and maintain clarity among cross-functional teams.
- Raise and review user stories, conduct UAT (manual and automation), and ensure testing is completed within stipulated timelines.
- Work with design teams to conceptualize workflows, screen designs, and specifications aligned with business requirements.
- Review sprint plans and test strategies with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of specifications into deliverables.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze data for improvements, and drive optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee operational rollout of wealth and investment services via internet and mobile channels, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Develop and maintain guides and documentation for internal and external users to support platform adoption.
- Support post-implementation activities including training, issue resolution, and production stability.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to promote platform features and drive adoption.
- Respond promptly to daily online equity trading inquiries from Relationship Managers, providing guidance on platform functionalities.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and ensure production issues are resolved within SLA, following up on backlogs and fixes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Background in Consumer Banking, Mobile/Internet Banking, or investment products (equities, unit trusts, FX). Good to have experience launching online services for investment products and high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth understanding of equity markets, trading principles, and investment product operations.
- Experience in executing projects related to investment products, with proven skills in requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Solid IT background with hands-on experience in system projects or platforms like Avaloq or Finacle Wealth Management System.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
