we are looking for strong PM candidates. Below is the JD. This is for Avaloq system rollout to MY Premier and SG Privilege customer segments. So knowledge of Avaloq will be desirable. The role will be for 1 year contract with potential to extend or convert based on the candidate's performance.
Job Description:
- Manage the project from end to end perspective independently.
- This includes planning the timeline, tracking the deliverables from the vendors and other teams, updating the presentation deck for the weekly Project Status meetings.
- Run daily stand up meetings with the key business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues and highlight upfront with mitigation plans.
- Tracking of IT Spend against the approved budget.
- Plan for implementation cut-over, identify the dependencies for cut-over and prepare the run-book.
- Work with the IT Governance teams for the various SDLC checklists and sign offs.
Skillsets required:
- Strong PM skills with at least 8-10 years experience in managing complex projects involving multiple systems interfacing to each other.
- Avaloq knowledge will be preferable
- PMP certification will be an advantage
- Waterfall and Agile experience
