Summary
The AIR (Autonomous Inspection Robot) program is the first robotics deployment in service operations: autonomous depot inspection robots that replace repetitive visual checks, improve traceability and reduce missed defects. It's already funded and running, with trial sites in Bangkok and Singapore. Success means adoption on the floor not just a technical demo.
About the Job
- Finance: Run a simple, reliable budget dashboard. Track costs and forecasts, manage overruns, and flag issues to leadership early.
- Governance: Set up the right meetings, execute RACI, and decision/action tracking. Keep it lean and decision focused.
- Communication: Tailor updates for field teams, finance, suppliers, and executives. Drive engagement, not just reporting.
- Planning: Maintain the integrated plan - milestones, owners, critical path - and manage delays across workstreams.
- Risk & dependencies: Anticipate and mitigate risks manage dependencies across suppliers, engineering, IT, and operations.
- Suppliers: Track deliverables and contracts keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Requirements
- Experience as a PMO or Project/Program Manager on complex industrial, digital or transformation programs.
- Solid experience in finance/budget control - and the confidence to challenge the numbers.
- Disciplined on governance, planning, and risk clear, adaptable communicator from shop floor to executive level.
- Comfortable with technical topics (robotics, data/IT) without owning the engineering.
- Hands-on with Excel, Notion, PowerPoint and modern collaboration/AI tools.
- Thrives in ambiguity and turns unclear scope into clear workstreams.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
