Currently, we are looking for Project Manager which would be based in Singapore
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience managing software operations and sustainment for mission critical or enterprise systems
- Coordinate software sustainment activities, including incident, problem, service request, and change management
- Manage prioritization and tracking of operational tickets to ensure timely resolution aligned with operational urgency
- Oversee remediation of security issues, including CVEs, host-level exposures, network weaknesses, expired certificates, and service accounts
- Ensure timely application of security patches and software/library updates to prevent operational or compliance risks
- Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies across the sustainment lifecycle, ensuring continuity of operations
- Maintain auditable records of issues, decisions, and changes to support governance and compliance requirements
- Strong background in IT service management (incident, problem, change, and release management)
- Familiarity with security and compliance processes, including vulnerability remediation and audit support
