Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Strategy: Develop project plans, define technical requirements, set timelines, and allocate resources.
• Budget & Cost Control: Create estimates, manage budgets, and handle financial aspects like payment claims and variation orders.
• Team & Resource Management: Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors delegate tasks and forecast manpower needs.
• : Ensure strict adherence to health, safety (WSH), and regulatory standards (e.g., National Grid).
• : Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• : Manage project documents, prepare progress reports, and handle submissions (MOS, RFI, etc.).
• : Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and manage testing & commissioning.
• Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and report on project risks and issues.
• Procurement: Coordinate material and equipment procurement and delivery.

Core Functions

• Bridge Gap: Connect engineering design with on-site execution.
• Lifecycle Management: Govern all project phases from conception to completion.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final installation meets standards and client expectations.
