Project Manager - AI

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of large scale, complex tech-enabled change projects, managing and coordinating the full project lifecycle across diverse industries. You will lead data science and AI projects end-to-end from gathering business requirements to developing models, evaluating outcomes, and deploying scalable solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Deliver data science or AI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and closure.

. Translating complex business problems into well-defined analytical questions and project plans with clear

scope, milestones, and deliverables.

. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align

priorities.

. Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility,

while developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.

. Ensure proper documentation, stakeholder sign-offs, and smooth handover to business-as-usual teams.

. Present results in a business-friendly format and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field is required.

. Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager specifically for data science or AI/ML projects or products.

. Proven experience managing the data science project lifecycle from ideation to production.

. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) adapted for data science.

. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to manage expectations and build consensus.

. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).

. Highly proactive, takes strong ownership, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

. Good to have: Data science or AI experience, qualification or certification.
