The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team. The candidate is responsible for executing and managing Gen AI and data-related projects to maximize business value. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and leverages technical expertise and project management skills to drive strategic Gen AI/data initiatives.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, central teams, and external partners.
- Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
- Assess market trends and region-specific needs to prioritize initiatives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Ensure optimal resource distribution across projects in the region.
- Lead resource planning, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10-12 years of project management experience in IT industry.
- Foundational knowledge of AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
- Experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of data science or machine learning.
