Project Manager

. Lead and manage NPI to HVM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

. Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

. Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve project objectives.

. Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

. Support manufacturing readiness, product ramp-up, and transition into high-volume production.

. Prepare and present project status updates, KPIs, and executive reports to management and customers.

. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

. Support the COO in tracking strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and business performance metrics.

. Coordinate cross-functional action plans, management reviews, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of business objectives.

. Perform other project management and operational support duties as assigned by the COO.
