POSITION OVERVIEW : Project Manager.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Position Name: Project Manager-AML & WLM Implementation Term: 12 Months
Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 Years Start Date: Immediate Key Skills: Governance, Timeline/Effort Control, Stakeholder management, and coordinated delivery. Role Summary The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of AML Watchlist Management (WLM) and solution implementations across APAC. This role ensures structured governance, timeline/effort control, stakeholder management, and coordinated delivery across and local country teams.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead full project lifecycle from mobilisation discovery design implementation UAT cutover.
. Manage multi-country AML/WLM implementation plan including dependencies, risks, RAID, and client governance.
. Coordinate with SMEs supporting existing AML systems.
. Orchestrate alignment between: AML BA Integration Architect WLM Product Consultants Country-specific Operations teams
. Establish delivery cadence (SteerCo, PMO, weekly progress, dashboard reporting).
. Ensure alignment with APAC regulatory expectations (MAS, HKMA, AUSTRAC).
. Manage scope change, effort baselining, contract alignment, resource planning.
. Ensure high-quality documentation (SDS, ICD, mapping sheets, migration plan, test strategy).
. Oversee readiness of list ingestion, list enrichment, watchlist governance and operational workflow. Required Skills & Experience
. 10-15 years in AML programme delivery 5+ years in (FSC/FCC/WLM).
. Deep understanding of Watchlist Management lifecycle (import, cleanse, merge, enrich, publish). . Experience managing multi-country AML/Screening programmes.
. Strong regulatory & sanctions screening domain knowledge.
. Proven track record delivering projects jointly with OEM.
. Strong communication and executive interfacing with CISO, FCC, Compliance
