Job Responsibilities
- Manage ACMV projects to ensure delivery with in quality, cost, and timeline requirements
- Oversee project contracts, budgets, schedules, documentation, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, QS, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors
- Manage project submissions, variation orders, payment claims, testing & commissioning, and project handover activities
- Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, plan resources and manpower, and support site operations when required
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in ACMV project management
- Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial air-conditioning or chiller systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
- Able to work independently, respond to site matters outside routine working hours when required, and possess a positive working attitude
