Title: Project Manager (ACMV)

Job description
- We are recruiting a Project Manager (ACMV) for our client who runs an established ACMV company, for the full spectrum of M&E works.
- This role is suited for a seasoned professional who can take full ownership of project delivery across industrial and commercial air-conditioning and chiller system projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are consistently met.
- This role will pay you remuneration of up to SGD $6,500.00, commensurate with your experience.
- Working hours shall be 5.5 days a week, 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR applicants are preferred due to quota limitations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for ACMV projects, ensuring successful delivery against contractual requirements.
- Manage project schedules, execution plans, and overall project direction.
- Oversee contracts, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, and clients.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including engineers, quantity surveyors, supervisors, and WSH personnel.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and manage payment claims, variation orders, and extension of time submissions.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Develop project schedules, execution strategies, and contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and submissions including technical drawings and safety documentation.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover processes including OMM documentation and defect liability programs.
- Conduct and participate in regular project and site meetings.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management.
- Strong experience in industrial or commercial air-conditioning and chiller systems.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently with strong leadership capabilities.
- Comfortable working outside standard hours and responding to site needs when required.
- Positive attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
