About the Role
Overall project management for ACMV projects, including schedule, budget, and team leadership across engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overall project management, schedule, and directions for ACMV projects
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and sub-contractors
- Manage and control project budget ensure timely project completion
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claims, variation orders, and EOT submissions to Main Contractor
- Manage sub-contractor payment response and variation order claims
- Conduct site visits analyse and prepare overall schedule and project execution plan
- Mitigate site issues and propose contingency plans
- Liaise with main contractor, consultant, and client representative
- Plan and allocate resources, manpower projection and forecast
- Manage preparation, submission, and approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, RFA, RFI, etc.
- Lead testing and commissioning of ACMV system
- Manage handover of OMM documents, training, as-built drawings, spare parts, and DLP programme
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in similar fields
- Minimum 15 years design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems
- Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented
Work Arrangements
- Working Hours: 5.5 days. Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
- Location: Various locations in Singapore
