Job Overview
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Technology team. The role involves managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in an EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for technology initiatives.
Plan, track, and deliver projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure adherence to SDLC and QA lifecycle best practices.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues proactively and drive mitigation plans.
Ensure quality deliverables by coordinating closely with QA teams.
Strong experience in Project Management for technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum management.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage cross-team collaboration and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Prior EdTech Experience Is Required.
Project Management or Agile certifications are an advantage.
Experience working in SaaS environment.
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Exposure cloud platforms and modern technology stacks.
PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
