Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead project implementation using appropriate project management methodologies, standards, and tools to drive and facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the assigned project meets requirement targets, aligns with the organization's strategic objectives, and adheres to best practices.
  • Implement effective governance processes for project acceptance based on sound business cases.
  • Provide the project owner with the information needed to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee project KPIs, monitor performance against standards, and take timely corrective actions.
  • Review project schedules, quality, and cost deliverables.
  • Regularly monitor and report project performance and progress to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation and administration for the assigned project.
  • Proactively handle administrative tasks independently (e.g., follow-ups from meetings, scheduling, taking minutes, compiling requirements, etc.).

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 58 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in enterprise systems, infrastructure, or SAP-related projects.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Proficiency in risk management, including identification, mitigation planning, and contingency execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting to executive sponsors
  • Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking using KPIs
