Job Description

Provide leadership in the project team so that the team can work towards a common goal so that we can deliver the projects on time and within budget
Formulate strategies with the project team to engage the customers and partners to achieve win-win outcomes
Coach and manage team leads / managers so that they can perform their tasks better as a united team
Plan and manage project delivery, including resource coordination, both internally and from external 3rd party vendors
Manage changes and risks in project by mitigating or eliminating them
Manage relationships with customers and 3rd party vendors involved in project delivery
Provide project status reports to customers and internal management at regular intervals (usually monthly) during project implementation
Monitor project performance and identify areas of improvement

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Proficient with C++, Java and C# will be advantageous
Good supervisory, planning and management skills
Good inter-personal, verbal and written communications skills
At least 2 years of working experience, of project management experience in the development and implementation of large-scale turnkey projects
