As a PMO Intern, you will provide hands-on operational and administrative support to the SAP Healthcare implementation project. You will assist with coordination, documentation control, and tracking of actions and deliverables to ensure smooth daily operations and strong governance compliance. This role offers exposure to structured project environments, where attention to detail, progress tracking, and organized execution are key to supporting successful project delivery in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do:
Meeting & Coordination Support
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings (internal, vendor, and user sessions)
- Prepare and circulate meeting invitations and agendas
- Record and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM) within agreed timelines
- Track and follow up on action items until closure
Project Tracking & Monitoring
- Maintain and update project trackers (milestones, deliverables, testing status, training attendance, etc.)
- Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track open issues and escalate overdue items to the PM
- Support weekly project status consolidation
Documentation Control
- Organize and maintain project documents in SharePoint or designated repository
- Ensure correct version control of documents (BBP, FSD, test scripts, sign-offs, etc.)
- Track document review and approval status
- Ensure all required templates are properly completed
Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly status reports
- Update dashboards and summary slides for management reporting
- Consolidate inputs from different workstreams
Administrative & Governance Support
- Support change request logging and tracking
- Maintain training attendance records and UAT sign-off logs
- Track vendor deliverables against agreed timelines
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with structured trackers and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good written communication skills (for MoM and reporting)
- Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
Preferred
- Exposure to ERP or SAP projects
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, or JIRA
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems or hospital workflows
